· Q: In which city do you operate?
A: We cover all major polish cities and airports, but this page covers city of Warsaw and Warsaw Chopin International Airport (WAW).
· Q: How do I book a limousine?
A: You can book via our online booking system, by phone, via text message or by email. For instant confirmation, we recommend our website’s quick booking form.
· Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept cash (PLN/EUR), all major credit/debit cards via online link, BLIK, and bank transfers. 
· Q: Can I get an invoice?
A: Yes. We issue invoices upon request after completion of service. Please provide your details for invoicing at the time of booking (in "additional info section). Invoice will be sent via email.
· Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: If special circumstances do not allow you to travel as scheduled we can reschedule your ride at no additional cost (subject to availability).

If the service is cancelled by you more than 14 days in advance you will get a full deposit refund.

If the service is cancelled by you 3-14 days prior to service we will retain 50% of your online deposit.

If the service is cancelled by yourselves within 72 hours to scheduled services we will retain your deposit which guarantees your limousine availability.

If the client does not appear (NO SHOW) we will retain the full 100% of the deposit.

2. Warsaw Airport Transfers to a Hotel or City Center

· Q: My flight is delayed. Will you wait for me?
A: Yes. We monitor all incoming flight numbers in real-time. The chauffeur adjusts their arrival to your new landing time free of charge. If your flight delay is vast then we will reschedule your ride later that day as a 40 minute city tour at no extra charge.
· Q: Where will the chauffeur meet me at the airport?
A: The chauffeur will meet you in the arrivals hall holding a name board, or at the designated curbside pickup zone if limousine parking is full.
· Q: How much waiting time is included?
A: We include 30 minutes of free waiting from the actual landing time for international flights. Extra waiting is charged at 100-200 PLN (depending on limousine) per 15 minutes.
· Q: Do you offer child seats for the transfer?
A: Yes. Children under 150cm must use an appropriate seat. Please specify ages when booking so we can install the correct booster or child seat.
· Q: What is the luggage capacity of the limousine?
A: Our stretch limos accommodate up to 4 large suitcases plus hand luggage. For heavy luggage loads, we recommend our luggage minivans or simply hiring a larger limo.

A: Our standard Lincoln stretch limos seat 2-10 passengers and large Hummer and Cadillac Escalade limos up to 16 passengers comfortably. For larger groups we have a late model 20 passenger Ford Party Bus.

A: Yes. We offer custom floral decorations and "Just Married" signs free of charge.

A: Yes. Our wedding packages include a complimentary bottle of chilled Prosecco or Polish sparkling wine, along with crystal flutes for the couple. You can add a bottle of Champagne for extra fee in our booking form.
· Q: Do you charge by the hour or per kilometer?
A: Most wedding bookings are hourly packages (minimum 4 hours). We offer flexible blocks (e.g., 3, 6, or 12 hours) to cover the church, photoshoot, and reception venue transfers.
· Q: Can the limo drive to a remote photoshoot location (e.g., lake or mountains)?
A: Yes. We can tailor the route anywhere in Poland. For destinations over 50km outside the city, we just adjust the hourly rate to cover travel time.

A: Stag and Hen party straight from your arrival at Warsaw Chopin Airport take 40 minutes. The minimum in the city is only 1 hour, but most groups book 2 to 6 hours to hit multiple nightlife spots.

A: We provide a professional chauffeur who knows the city's history, but we are not licensed city guides. For tours like the Old Town Warsaw, WW2 Ghetto Museum and Łazienki Palace we recommend hiring a guide to ride along—we will drive you between all the landmarks.
· Q: Can we customize our own sightseeing route?
A: Yes. You choose the itinerary. Popular routes include Warsaw main attractions listed above. We just charge by the hour.
· Q: Do you offer trips from the city center to attractions outside the city limits?
A: Absolutely. We offer dedicated round-trip transfers to other cities and towns. We wait for you during your stay and drive you back to your hotel or pick you up the next day if you are staying overnight.
· Q: How many hours is a standard city sightseeing package?
