Note: Your booking is only valid when confirmed by email, phone or text message (SMS).
A deposit or full payment up front may be required to dispatch limousine to your airport or location.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If special circumstances do not allow you to travel as scheduled we can reschedule your ride at no additional cost (subject to availability).
If the service is cancelled by you more than 7 days in advance you will get a full deposit refund.
If the service is cancelled by you 3-7 days prior to service we will retain 50% of your deposit.
If the service is cancelled by yourselves within 72 hours to scheduled services we will retain 50% of your payment which guaranteed your limousine reservation
If the client does not appear (NO SHOW) we will retain the full 100% of payment.
