· Q: How do I book a limousine?
A: You can book via our online booking system, by phone, via text message or by email. For instant confirmation, we recommend our website’s quick booking form.
· Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept cash (PLN/EUR), all major credit/debit cards via online link, BLIK, and bank transfers. 
· Q: Can I get an invoice?
A: Yes. We issue invoices upon request after completion of service. Please provide your details for invoicing at the time of booking (in "additional info section). Invoice will be sent via email.
· Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: If special circumstances do not allow you to travel as scheduled we can reschedule your ride at no additional cost (subject to availability).

If the service is cancelled by you more than 14 days in advance you will get a full deposit refund.

If the service is cancelled by you 3-14 days prior to service we will retain 50% of your online deposit.

If the service is cancelled by yourselves within 72 hours to scheduled services we will retain your deposit which guarantees your limousine availability.

If the client does not appear (NO SHOW) we will retain the full 100% of the deposit.

A: Yes. We monitor all incoming flight numbers in real-time. The chauffeur adjusts their arrival to your new landing time free of charge. If your flight delay is vast then we will reschedule your ride later that day as a 40 minute city tour at no extra charge.
· Q: Where will the chauffeur meet me at the airport?
A: The chauffeur will meet you in the arrivals hall holding a name board, or at the designated curbside pickup zone if limousine parking is full.
· Q: How much waiting time is included?
A: We include 30 minutes of free waiting from the actual landing time for international flights. Extra waiting is charged at 100-200 PLN (depending on limousine) per 15 minutes.
· Q: Do you offer child seats for the transfer?
A: Yes. Children under 150cm must use an appropriate seat. Please specify ages when booking so we can install the correct booster or child seat.
